Nicaraguan coffee from Molino Norte delivers a smooth, medium roast with a flavor profile that weaves together cocoa richness, delicate floral notes, and bright citrus tones. Grown by smallholder farmers in the high‑elevation clay‑mineral soils of Matagalpa (900–1590 m), each bean reflects the depth and character of its mountain terroir. A blend of Yellow and Red Catuai, Catimor, and Parainema varieties adds complexity and balance to every cup. The coffee is fully washed, fermented for 12–14 hours, and dried on patios and raised beds to ensure exceptional clarity and a clean finish.
